2002: The COLOR WHILE YOU LISTEN 7" vinyl comp came with crayons so that you could color the awesome Joey Larkin-drawn cover while you listened to songs by The Flashing Astonishers, Pale Green Stars, Negativ Seaven, Visionstain & Drunken Orgy Of Destruction. Five bands squeezed onto one little 7" and they genres were varied: indie rock, spazz-core, nu-metal, powerpoprock. 500 physical copies were made by Koala in conjunction with Substandard Records of San Francisco, who also released the 3rd Flashing Astonishers album On Involuntary Bliss.
